How long is the implementation time for FBO One?
It varies depending on each client’s situation and prerequisites. Usually we estimate 6-8 weeks for a standard implementation.
What is involved in implementation?
We offer full training of FBO One and on-going support for data input, process improvement and ensuring you get the best out of FBO One.
Can I transfer my data from another platform?
Yes! We have a tried and tested process for moving clients over to FBO One.
How does the Fuel module work?
FBO One allows for accurate Fuel Inventory Management, Pricing, Manual & Automated Fuel Ticket Entry. Fuel Tickets can be automatically imported directly from trucks allowing users to assign them without having to wait.
Can I track customer payments?
Yes! FBO One allows offline payment tracking and online payment processing (including AIR Card® and AVCARD®) ensuring any outstanding invoices are paid quickly and accurately.
Does FBO One support flight tracking?
Yes! Automated updates from CFMU and FlightAware help ensure aircraft flight movements are accurate.

Can I share data between multiple FBO locations?
Absolutely! One of the reasons so many network FBOs choose FBO One is the ability to control data sharing and easily standardise processes between locations.
Is FBO One Web based?
FBO One is a web based application hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) with shadow back ups hosted with Microsoft Azure.
Can I access FBO One from a smart phone or tablet ?
FBO One screens are designed for mobile devices and can be accessed worldwide from any device with internet access. (Security protocols apply).
How many users accounts are included with FBO One subscription?
Unlimited users, the more the merrier. As a central part of the business, it’s key that FBO One is shared across the whole team in real time (access levels can be defined per user).
Who do I contact if I need help?
Our support team members are located across 3 continents in order to offer you support around the clock. Emails containing the question and screen shots are the preferred method. More urgent matters can be called in by phone or an online meeting in order to share screens.
How is the FBO One development road map defined?
Predominantly based on customer feedback, changes in the aviation market and general changes related to technology enhancements.

Our onboarding process ensures a quick and methodical way to get you and your team up and running with our software. With our extensive experience comes a structured way of planning each customers onboarding. Together with our team you can be sure to get a smooth transition along with a warm welcome to your new platform.
- Prepare master data files to be uploaded
- Define the network guideline for setup
- Build each location’s blueprint based on network guidelines
- Train a team of ‘Key Users’ on the implementation process and location specific fine tuning
- Implement each location’s core setup with assistance from the FBO One team
- Key Users train the local users and fine tune each location as required
- Shadow run location so that the system is tested with real life scenarios
- Go live with first location
