Customer case • London City Airport
London City Airport signed an agreement for the use of FBO One by London City Airport.
FBO One is implemented at all business aviation locations of London City Airport, the London City Jet Centre and the RAF Northolt Jet Centre.
Darren Grover, Head of Business Aviation at London City Airport says: ‘We are constantly expanding our business. The implementation of FBO One enables us to improve customer service, optimize processes and aptly respond to the increase in movements.’
London City Airport Jet Centre shows a tremendous growth since 2003. It handled 15,000 movements in 2006 and is one of the largest ground handlers in Europe for leading operator NetJets.
Darren Grover comments: “While executing our vision to serve even more customers, the workload on our staff increases dramatically. In this respect we need to support our staff in having the right tools available to keep ourselves organized and to retain our service levels. This is where FBO One comes in’.
Ries Vriend, owner and managing director of Amsterdam Software says: “FBO One is flexible and easy to use and learn. It helps business aviation handling companies to structure their processes and information flow. The software supports FBO’s in providing a first class service level. In this line of business, ad-hoc handling requests are the prevailing standard and FBO One is the only software that meets this challenge.’
